Session overview

My sessions can be tailored to what you want to achieve as an individual or as a group and can be a full work-out, a diet consultation and weigh-in, or a combination of the two.
The first step to a healthier lifestyle is to look at where you currently are and then put a plan in place for improvement. Using three key elements will help you stay on track and feel confident as you progress. They will help you to make permanent changes that will lead you to the lifestyle you deserve.

 

Eat

The type of food we eat affects our mood so make healthy choices to give you the fuel you need to get the best out of every day.

Sleep

A good bedtime routine is key to ensure you get enough sleep, this is possibly the most important of all three elements as it gives you the energy to plan & execute your goals.

Move

Our bodies are designed to move, to be physical and active.  Start by setting a minimum amount of steps per day as a standard.

 To really make sure you get the most out of our time together we put the following steps in place:

 

  • Set out very clear goals about what you want to achieve over a set period.
  • Set up the exercise and nutrition program that's perfect for you.
  • Record your weight and fitness levels at each session.
  • Identify potential derailing behaviours and work out how to overcome them.

I’m not here to tell you that you should look a certain way or there’s only one way to exercise or eat for great health. There isn’t. We are all different and what works for one won't necessarily work for another. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and ultimately get you motivated to live your life to the full.
