- Set out very clear goals about what you want to achieve over a set period.
- Set up the exercise and nutrition program that's perfect for you.
- Record your weight and fitness levels at each session.
- Identify potential derailing behaviours and work out how to overcome them.
I’m not here to tell you that you should look a certain way or there’s only one way to exercise or eat for great health. There isn’t. We are all different and what works for one won't necessarily work for another. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and ultimately get you motivated to live your life to the full.
